The Big Picture Project

I wanted to have an artistic blog as well as a writing blog, so now I have two blog projects: Letisha's Pleonasm Playground and The Big Picture. Check out my links below to see my writing project!

Every "big picture" has smaller components that not everyone notices, so I want to do an artistic project taking the opposite approach where I illustrate the details and then make the big picture out of those details.

The idea behind the Big Picture is to give me an opportunity to learn how to use photo-editing programs like Photoshop or Corel Photopaint to create a big picture out of multiple photos that I will take. For a week or two, I will take some detail photos (mostly on Macro setting, probably) and then when I have an inspiration for a larger picture, I will try to create a bigger picture out of the photos I've taken. It may not work at all, or if I'm "picturing it" correctly, it may turn out great! We'll see.

My blog entries will consist solely of each photo I take leading up to "the big pictures," and you feel free to guess at what my individual pictures are taken of while you wait for me to produce the big picture. Hope you enjoy!
